Crazy day

I've had a busy day- four patients admitted, a lot of paper work done, examinations, etc. In the morning I had to fix my shifts in ambulance service. And the worst is I don't feel very well. I have a sore throat and high temperature :-( Bad luck

Will my dreams come true?

I've just started working at nephrology. Very interesting branch of medicine. I'm staying there for next 5 weeks until Christmas. I'm also working at ambulance service for next couple weeks. Need to make a final decision about my near future. In the meantime I have a big dance party next Friday :-)
